About us

N-diya llc was formed by Safiya Hassan, a registered nurse since 1994. While she has practiced modern medicine for years she has always been drawn to the healing powers of nature.

Growing up she suffered from severe dry skin and eczema. Eczema is a condition in which patches of skin becomes very dry, itchy and inflamed. To date there is no cure for eczema only methods to ease the discomfort and decrease the symptoms. 

She would often be diappointed when creams and lotions marketed for dry skin could provide no relief and fearful of prescriptive ointments that burn upon application and had a list of side affects more extensive than the relief they provided including dangers to your unborn child or nursing infant. She channeled  her frustration into inspiration and began to research natural remedies. She used  this knowledege to summon some of the most powerful healing agents in nature to formulate "Healing Butter" to treat her eczema and deliciously scented "Extreme Body Butter" to relieve her dry skin. In doing so, she discovered a passion for making natural products and began to give some to family and friends and developed a loyal client base.  As praise and request for more products increased she decided to launch N-diya. Today it fills her with great joy to be able to share her love of all things natural with you.
