    If you or someone you LOVE has cancer, Learn how to relieve the side effects of Chemotherapy and Radiation treatments.  

     

    Some of the side effects of cancer treatment can include fatigue, nausea and skin breakdown.

     

    To relieve fatigue:

    1. Try getting 8 hours of sleep and schedule a mid day nap

    2. Believe it or not - Mild to moderate exercise can help to energize you.

    3. Try cutting back on your work schedule

    4. Ask friends and family to assist you when needed

    5. Increase your fruit and vegetable intake.

    Eating a diet high in nutrients is important.  Try juicing your veges to get more nourishment.

     

    ENERGY JUICE RECIPE -

    • 1 cucmber

    • 2 stalks of celery

    • 1 lemon

    • 1 ginger

    • 1/4 cup parsley and 2 apples

     

    TO RELIEVE NAUSEA - Fresh ginger tea is a great way to curb nausea

    • Juice 1-2" ginger and 1 lemon and add to a cup of hot water and add honey.

     

    TO SOOTHE & REPAIR IRRITATED SKIN

    • Avoid perfume and harsh cleansers
